Your Position: Home - Beauty & Personal Care - WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TINTED LIP OIL?
The skin on your lips is very thin and permeable compared to that of the rest of your face. Your lips don’t have sebaceous glands or sweat glands to create a protective hydrolipidic film like the rest of your body, which means they’re put to the test when they come in contact with cold, wind, UV rays, rain, and pollution.
To help limit these irritants, certain lip oils are enriched with vitamin E, also known as tocopherol, and known for its antioxidant benefits. It neutralizes the effect of free radicals on your skin and protects it from external irritants (pollution, UV…) which accelerate skin aging, leaving your lips more plump and youthful in appearance.
